Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how VantageMarc (“VantageMarc, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information through our website and our customer relationship management platform (the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business information, and payment details handled by our payment processor. When your organization (“Customer”) uses the Service, it may store contact and lead information about its own end users (“End Users”) — including names, email addresses, and phone numbers — that the Customer or its End Users submit. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, process payments, provide customer support, send account-related communications, and deliver the messaging features (email and SMS) that Customers configure. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Data
Where a Customer uses the Service to send SMS text messages to its End Users, we collect and process the End User’s phone number and the record of their consent (including the exact opt-in disclosure they agreed to and the date/time of consent). This data is used exclusively to deliver the SMS messages the Customer configures through the Service, to honor opt-out and help requests, and to maintain a compliance audit trail. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This mobile information is shared only with the SMS delivery infrastructure provider (Twilio) strictly as necessary to transmit the message itself, and with no one else.
Message frequency varies depending on how each Customer configures the Service — for example, a lead follow-up sequence may send a handful of messages over a few days. Message and data rates may apply. Any End User may reply STOP at any time to immediately opt out of future messages from that Customer, or HELP for support contact information.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including providers for authentication and database hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and SMS/telephony delivery (such as Twilio). These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and data protection terms.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and Customer data for as long as an account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. End Users who wish to stop receiving SMS messages from a Customer may reply STOP to any message. To exercise other rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
